	Q: What happens if I missed the delivery / what to do when you are not always at home? All delivery services include 1~2 free re-delivery attempts, so they will try again. They also offer other deliveryoptions like : Authority to leave, Reschdule for a later date, Hold for collection from courier branch. Some couriers offer Alternative dropoff to BP petrol and select Newsagencies. All can be arranged with the delivery service customre service directly.

Q: Are you shipping/open during COVID-19?
A: Yes, we are still working and dispatching most orders by next working day. All of the delivery services we use are running. Impact by COVID-19 is basically slower delivery times. Before COVID-19 most deliveries take 3~6 working days, now it's around 3~10 working days. The arrival times are less regular than before, with some deliveries turning up in 2 days , most taking around a week, and on rare occasions taking longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Q: The prices are so good, what's the catch ?
A: Get rid of the middleman! We import directly from distributors in Japan, USA, Europe, where the prices are lower. Reliable manufacturer appointed distributors with the best prices = lower prices for everyone!

Q: Do I need to pay any additional charges, taxes?
A: We guarantee you will not pay any additional Taxes/Duty/GST for Australian customers

Q: Do you have showroom, shopfront, store? Can I pick up?
A: We don't hold stock in our Sydney office, we ship from our Hongkong warehouse. Shipping time is around a week and a bit at the moment. Our Sydney office will arrange warranty servicing with official manufacturer service centres.

Q: Are the cameras different to what's in the stores? Language on the buttons are the same?
A: Yes all cameras are exactly the same: Only difference will be accessories like user manual (can be downloaded anyway), battery charger (we will give you free adaptor).
